How does AI help with my estimates?

Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers use the links you send to share project details, ask questions, approve an estimate and view their invoice. No account or download needed.
Can customers pay through my invoices?
Yes. Connect your Stripe account to offer card payments on your invoices. Payments go to your connected account, and Stripe's processing fees apply separately. You can also record cash or bank transfers and send a payment confirmation.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes. Add your business details, logo and signature to give your estimates and invoices a consistent, professional look.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel in Settings under Subscription, and your access stays active until the end of your paid period. Your next payment won't be charged. Cancellation terms.
How does the free trial work?
Try Caxper for 7 days without a credit card, including 10 estimates prepared with AI and 20 document emails. Then choose whether to subscribe for $9 USD per week, renewing weekly until canceled. There is no automatic charge after the trial.
If you don't subscribe, new work and document sending pause. Your records remain available to view and export, and you can still receive or record payments on issued invoices.
