CAXPER
Terms of Service
The agreement for using Caxper.
Effective September 30, 2026 · Version 2026-09-30.1
Who these terms cover
These Terms of Service govern Caxper websites and account features provided by Multiservicios Elites LLC, Florida, United States (Caxper, we, us). When you expressly accept these terms, you agree on behalf of yourself and the business you are authorized to represent.
Account holders must be at least 18, legally able to contract, and authorized to act for their business. Caxper is offered for business use in the United States. Keep your account and billing information accurate, use your own credentials and report suspected unauthorized access to [email protected].
Customers may review a contractor's documents without an account. These terms do not replace the contractor's service agreement. Accepting an estimate or submitting a project is not subscribing to Caxper Pro. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing; acknowledging that notice is not consent to advertising.
Your business, your work
Caxper is operated by Multiservicios Elites LLC, Florida, United States. It helps service businesses manage requests, estimates, jobs, schedules, invoices and payment records.
The contractor and customer agree on the services. The contractor is responsible for prices, scope, licenses, taxes, safety, scheduling and the work performed. Caxper does not perform or inspect that work.
Estimates and customer approval
The usual flow is estimate, customer approval, work, invoice and payment confirmation. Customers can discuss the proposal through their link or with the contractor directly. A conversation or phone call does not automatically change an estimate or record acceptance.
Review the current scope and price before requesting approval. Acceptance is recorded for the displayed document version; it does not charge a payment. A timing preference does not reserve a visit or work date.
AI helps prepare descriptions and scope from the details provided. It can make mistakes and does not replace measurements, inspection or professional judgment. The contractor reviews the draft and sets the final prices before sending it.
Caxper Pro and the free trial
Caxper Pro costs $9 USD every week. A new eligible account starts with 7 days free, without a card. The trial includes 10 AI drafts and 20 document emails. It ends without an automatic charge.
After the trial, subscribing is a separate choice. A paid subscription renews weekly until canceled. Any applicable tax is shown before payment. AI and email features have usage and abuse-prevention limits; access to all tools does not mean unlimited usage. Limits are shown in the app when applicable. The no-card trial does not convert automatically or authorize payment.
Transactions explicitly labeled test or Sandbox are simulated and do not charge real money. A test subscription does not authorize a future live charge.
Cancellation and refunds
Use Settings → Caxper Pro to cancel the next renewal before the next charge. If you cannot sign in, request cancellation at [email protected]; we may verify account ownership without requiring a purchase or retention offer. Access remains through the paid period. Keep subscription reverses a pending cancellation while that option is available.
Our subscription refund policy is no refund for a period already started, except where required by law or for an incorrect charge. Contact support promptly about a duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect charge. Nothing here limits statutory refund or payment-dispute rights. This policy concerns Caxper Pro, not payments between contractors and their customers.
When paid access ends, existing records and downloads remain available, while features that create new work require active access.
Invoices and payment confirmations
An invoice asks the customer to pay. A payment confirmation and attached receipt record a payment received. For cash or transfer, the contractor records the payment; Caxper does not verify the bank transfer or receive the cash.
Card payment appears only when the contractor has connected an eligible Stripe account and card payments are available for that invoice. Stripe processes the payment for the connected business. Stripe services are subject to the applicable Stripe terms. Payout timing, verification, reserves and processing fees depend on Stripe and the connected business. Caxper is not a bank, escrow service or guarantor of collection. Processing fees, refunds and disputes are separate from the Caxper Pro subscription.
Correcting a manually entered payment record does not refund money. A refund or dispute can change the invoice balance. Contractors remain responsible for their customer payment and refund arrangements.
Deleting and recovering an account
Delete account deactivates the workspace and customer links, stops subscription renewal and schedules account deletion. It is separate from canceling a subscription. Download the records you need before requesting deletion.
To cancel deletion, sign in within 30 days and choose Recover account. Your workspace returns, but canceled subscription charges do not restart. If paid access has ended, subscribing again requires your choice. Separate privacy requests are not canceled.
After the recovery deadline, the daily deletion process removes operational data, files and the sign-in account, subject to documented review or retention exceptions. Once removed, the account cannot be recovered. We send email notices when deletion is requested, canceled and completed. Completion does not mean every legally or operationally retained record at every provider has been erased. See the retention notice.
This 30-day recovery period is a Caxper product policy. Requests made before this schedule was introduced receive individual review rather than silently changing their earlier notice.
Account security and your content
Use information and images you have permission to provide. Protect your password and private customer links. Anyone holding a customer link may be able to view its document or respond through it.
Do not use Caxper for unlawful work, spam, unauthorized access, malware or bypassing usage limits. Do not put passwords, full card numbers, bank credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in project descriptions, photos or messages.
You retain ownership of your content. Caxper and its providers process it to deliver, secure and support the features you use. Caxper retains its rights in the software and brand.
Availability and ending access
We work to keep the service available, but outages, maintenance, provider failures or changes can interrupt it. Keep your own copies of important records. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful use, security incidents or material breaches of these terms. Where practicable we will give notice and a way to resolve the issue. Urgent restrictions may take effect immediately.
If we permanently discontinue a paid service for reasons other than your breach, we will give reasonable advance notice, an opportunity to export available data and refund unused prepaid access where appropriate or required. Ending access does not automatically erase records; the Privacy Policy governs retention. Support, privacy requests and applicable cancellation rights remain available.
Your content, AI and intellectual property
You own the content you submit. You grant Caxper permission to host, copy, format, transmit and process it only as needed to operate, secure and support the service and carry out your instructions. Do not upload content that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property or other rights. You are responsible for notices, permissions and instructions for the customer data your business provides.
Caxper grants you a limited, nonexclusive right to use the service for your business while you meet these terms. You may not resell access, interfere with other accounts, extract private data, introduce malicious code or evade security and reasonable usage limits. Rights in Caxper's software and branding remain with their owners.
AI suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other suggestions. They do not establish a market price, building-code compliance, legal advice or a professional certification. Review scope, quantities, exclusions, taxes and prices before sending any document. Do not rely on Caxper for emergencies or safety-critical decisions. A signature image or electronic approval does not by itself satisfy every requirement for a regulated contract.
Service expectations and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Caxper is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI output or a particular business result. Caxper does not guarantee a contractor's qualifications, work, customer acceptance or payment.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses arising from these terms. Caxper's total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the Caxper fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or liabilities and remedies that applicable law does not allow to be limited, including applicable consumer and privacy rights.
Questions, disputes and applicable law
Please contact support with a description of a dispute so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from contacting a regulator, seeking urgent relief or bringing a claim within an applicable deadline. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
Florida law governs these terms except for conflicting-law rules, together with applicable federal law. Mandatory protections and courts available under the law applicable to you remain available. A court's finding that one provision is unenforceable does not invalidate the remainder. These terms concern your use of Caxper and do not alter the terms of a contractor-customer transaction.
Changes and electronic communications
We send service, security, payment and account notices to your account email and may also show them in the app. Keep that address current and save copies of notices and billing documents. Transactional notices are distinct from marketing permissions.
We identify policy versions and effective dates. Material changes will be explained by email or in-app notice before taking effect, with renewed agreement when required. Changes are prospective and do not erase existing rights. For subscription price changes, we provide advance notice of the amount, effective date and cancellation route within the applicable legal notice period. We provide applicable recurring-subscription reminders. You may cancel before a change applies. No new price is authorized merely by viewing this page.
